MA Group Property Claims

Since we started working with MYC the quality of content going out is better, the graphics are better, and the posting is consistent. But one of the key benefits for me is that it’s created more discipline within the MA Group business.

Teresa Owen

Finance and Strategy Director

A stalwart in the property claims industry for almost 30 years, MA Group Property Claims (MAGPC) is a multifaceted organisation with various different services and an entirely separate sub-brand under its belt.

MAGPC combines in-house expertise with a far-reaching supplier network, underpinned by integrated technology to get the best results for clients and customers. But its team needed a better way to vocalise all this, and more, through their LinkedIn pages.

Why did MAGPC need MYC?

Reaching more people on LinkedIn was the aim, with all the relevant messaging ready to go from MAGPC’s revamped marketing strategy. Yet the sole responsibility of managing two LinkedIn profiles fell on the Finance and Strategy Director alone.

MAGPC sensed an opportunity to outdo its competition on the platform with more compelling, creative content that stood out in the industry. But, understandably, the team needed help. We heard the brief loud and clear, and got to work on a three-month trial period.

Bringing MAGPC’s profiles to life

Ready to take MAGPC’s LinkedIn presence to the next level, we deployed a social media manager, writer and editor to plan and create regular content that crystallised all USPs and business activity across both profiles – one for the main brand and the other for the sub-brand. This required careful navigation between each tone of voice and subject matter.

Monthly meetings and seamless communication facilitated by our client services manager ensured a well maintained flow of content always ahead of schedule. This made room to react rapidly to off-the-cuff content ideas where it was deemed valuable.

Fluid content that gets results

And what a first three months it was! Getting under the skin of MAGPC’s various claims services as well as its sub-brand’s offering gave us plenty to get our teeth into. We produced everything from service promotion collateral to event coverage – as well as planning and executing a ‘meet the team’ style employee spotlight series which gained great traction.

During the trial period we helped MAGPC achieve:

  • Nearly 60k impressions
  • +100% increase in followers
  • +95% increase in interactions

Impressed with the quality, volume and style of content created, MAGPC decided to extend the contract for a further six months. Our relationship and collaboration has gone from strength to strength ever since.
