Tenet is a multi-award winning disputes and compliance law firm specialising in fraud and financial crime advice. The team provides expert litigation and investigations for both individuals and businesses, and is committed to helping their clients achieve optimum outcomes with a purpose-driven approach to fraud recovery.
Why did Tenet need MYC?
Tenet is highly proactive in its clients’ ecosystems – driving awareness, education and thought leadership within key industries impacted by fraud and financial crime. Recognising social housing as a particularly vulnerable area, the team began engaging housing associations on a deeper level in 2023. They have since levelled up their campaign to drive awareness and action in the sector with two conferences.
As a small team with only one marketing resource, Tenet needed support to guide them through the process, provide event content marketing advice, and cover the conferences. Partnering with an agency that could align with their passion and reputation was important as they also wanted to amplify their voice further through two post-conference whitepapers – in-depth resources that they could distribute to their network and target accounts.
Agile event marketing
Flexibility and foresight was crucial for these projects. Due to the overwhelming response to the conferences, we expanded our original copywriting scope with video and interview support. We sent a two-person team to both locations to capture the day and gather insights from delegates, acting as an extension of their team to help the conferences run smoothly and lay the foundation for varied post-event collateral.
Following each conference, our assigned writer crystallised the key themes and outcomes into a detailed whitepaper framework to ensure alignment with Tenet. This open communication with their team continued to create a feedback loop after the first draft, enabling us to deliver final versions soon after the events.
Impactful assets that drive awareness
Through flexibility, managed communication and reactive support, we helped Tenet turn two events into evergreen hero content pieces that help establish the firm as thought leaders in their space. It’s been great to hear that the whitepapers have been successful in generating and converting leads, as well as improving visibility on Google for fraud in the housing sector.
Most importantly, with tangible assets to leverage, Tenet is having conversations and building new relationships with key housing sector players and other counter fraud agencies. We look forward to seeing how their campaign continues to develop and what other doors we can help them open along the way.
